情境感知信用卡優惠推薦之研究

Abstract

信用卡交易為現下流行的非現金交易付款方式，為了吸引消費者的申辦，信用卡業者提供各式各樣持卡人所能擁有的優惠項目，消費者藉由信用卡網站的瀏覽來得知最新的優惠資訊，隨著越來越多信用卡公司以及信用卡別的增加，消費者若想得到完整的信用卡優惠資訊，便需要花費大量的時間與精力進行各家信用卡公司優惠的搜尋以及比較，為了使消費者能夠更快的找到有興趣的優惠項目，本研究希望將大量的信用卡優惠資訊以及優惠店家資訊整合進時下最流行的手持行動裝置中，透過個人化推薦的方式將消費者可能有興趣的優惠項目以隨手可觸及的行動應用程式為媒介將資訊傳遞給使用者。 本研究進行「信用卡優惠資訊分析」、「信用卡優惠推薦」與「即時導航」，以建構信用卡優惠推薦行動應用程式，將蒐集整合最新的信用卡優惠資訊，並即時的根據使用者所在位置推薦使用者可能感興趣的相關店家資訊。 透過整合各家信用卡公司優惠內容以及個人化行動應用程式開發，讓使用者可以大幅降低資訊蒐集時間，並提供更好的使用者經驗。

Recently, credit card transactions become a popular way of noncash payment. To attract more consumers to apply credit card, many companies provide a variety of concessions to cardholders. Consumers can get the latest information by surfing the websites of the companies. However, as the number of credit card companies and categories increase, consumers need to spend a lot of time and effort to understand the details of the promotions, and find the most attractive one. Therefore, we want to integrate the information of promotions and stores, by using the technology of personalized recommendation, to build a mobile application. By utilizing this app, users can find promotions they want more efficiently and waste less time. In this study, we design a novel mobile application combined with "analysis & recommendations of credit card offers information ", and " instant navigation ". The application collect and integrate the latest credit card deals to provide real-time information of relevant stores in which the users is interested according to the location of them. Through integrating the various offers of different credit card companies and developing the personalized mobile application, SuperCredit allow users to significantly reduce the time spent in gathering information and provide a better user experience.
