dc.description.abstract(一)以NBD為基底之汞離子化學感測分子之合成 化合物NBDTe藉由產生明顯綠色螢光以辨識Hg2+離子,並能在pH 4.0~10.0範圍偵測Hg2+之存在。由job plot得知NBDTe-Hg2+採1:1比例錯合,化合物NBDTe對Hg2+結合常數為3.81×103 M-1、偵測極限則是4.2 μM。此外,其更可進一步應用於細胞實驗,於 RAW 264.7 cells 內表現偵測 Hg2+之能力。 (二)以BODIPY為基底之汞離子化學感測分子之合成 化合物BODTe藉由產生明顯綠色螢光以辨識Hg2+離子,並能在pH 4.0~10.0範圍偵測Hg2+之存在。由job plot得知BODTe-Hg2+採1:1比例錯合,化合物BODTe對Hg2+結合常數為3.84×103 M-1、偵測極限則是19.2 μM。此外,其更可進一步應用於細胞實驗,於 RAW 264.7 cells 內表現偵測 Hg2+之能力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this study, we developed NBD and BODIPY-based fluorescent chemosensors NBDTe and BODTe for metal ion sensing. The chemosensors NBDTe and BODTe containing a NTe2 moiety exhibited high selectivity for Hg2+ detection. Significant fluorescence enhancement was observed with chemosensor NBDTe and BODTe in the presence of Hg2+. However, the metal ions Ag+, Al3+, Ca2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Cu2+ ,Cr3+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Pb2+ and Zn2+ produced only minor changes in fluorescence values for the system. The association constant (Ka) of Hg2+ binding in chemosensors NBDTe and BODTe was found to be 3.81×103 and 3.84×103 M-1. The binding ratio of NBDTe-Hg2+ and BODTe-Hg2+ complexes was determined as 1:1 according to Job plot. The maximum fluorescence enhancement caused by Hg2+ binding in chemosensors NBDTe and BODTe was observed over the pH range 4.0 ~ 10.0. In addition, chemosensor NBDTe and BODTe can be used as a fluorescent probe for detecting Hg2+ in living cells.en_US
