摘要: 在空調箱系統設計中,最初設計皆為單純外氣進入空調箱作調整,此方法因外氣條件通常都和室內條件差距很大,往往需耗費很大的能量來達到所需的條件,本研究以混合式空調箱運用調整外氣風量與循環風量的配置,並且在維持良好空氣品質、所需最小換氣量下,分析空調箱在冷卻除濕以及等濕加熱步驟時的耗能狀況,並探討空調箱內風機並聯的耗能影響,討論如何設計達到最節能的效果。而另一種外氣空調箱雖然能大幅降低空調作業的耗能,但是需要額外負擔外氣空調箱的設備成本和空間,本研究更改設計成利用循環空氣與外氣混合後再進入空調箱調整,可以節省設備空間且循環空氣的狀態幾乎與室內狀態相同,在本研究案例中使用本研究方法相較於傳統的空調進氣方法可節省38%的耗能,與外氣空調箱相比則耗能差小於1%且可以減少外氣空調箱的設備成本。最後目標為監控室外環境溫、濕度與訂定室內環境條件,即可快速計算最佳節能的配置設計,達到實用化的成果。
The original design of the air handling units is to use the outdoor air flow into the system to adjust the thermal condition of it. This design usually takes much energy to achieve the required thermal condition because of the large temperature and humidity difference between the outdoor air and the indoor air. This study investigated the mixing air handling units by adjusting the amounts of outdoor air and circulating air to maintain the requirements of the quality of the indoor air. Besides, the analysis of power consumption of ice-water coil cooling and dehumidifying of heaters and fans are considered simultaneously. In addition, another design of air handling units called “Make-Up Air Unit” can save much energy but cost more equipment and space. The design of this study achieved the same advantage of the “Make-Up Air Unit” without additional equipment. The results of this study showed that the mixing air handling units can save 38% energy consuming compared with the original design of the air handling units and the power consumption is only 1% more than the “Make-Up Air Unit”.
