dc.description.abstract本論文架設一組全光纖全正色散偏振極化加波被動鎖模雷射系統,使用的增益光纖為高濃度摻鐿光纖,波長操作在1030~1060 nm。在鎖模情況下之脈衝重複率為36 MHz,最高輸出平均功率為85 mW,輸出脈衝寬度為11.25 ps。透過系統中位於雷射腔外之反射式光柵對光脈衝壓縮器,我們可將脈衝寬度壓縮至693 fs,且此摻鐿光纖雷射輸出在經過系統中之腔外高功率光放大器後可達瓦級輸出。由於此雷射系統操作在接近1 μm 波長,有潛力可應用於生醫光電量測及入射至各種光電材質來研究其非線性變化。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAn all-fiber, all-normal-dispersion, polarization –APM passive mode-locked Yb-doped fiber laser is demonstrated. By using a highly doped Ytterbium fiber as the gain medium, the laser operates at the wavelength of 1030~1060 nm. Under the mode-locking condition, the laser repetition rate is 36 MHz, the output power is 85 mW at the maximum pump power of 450mW, and the pulse width is 11.25 ps with Gaussian fitting. With an external reflected grating pairs for pulse width compression, the final pulse width can be down to 693 fs. The final output power can also reach the Watt level after an external fiber power amplifier. This 1 μm wavelength mode-locked fiber laser system has the potential be used for medical and biological applications. It can also be used in the photonic measurements for studying the nonlinear effects of different photonic materials.en_US
