摘要: 本研究利用 LCD module 背光模組,並對其背光驅動之相關結構參數: LED 串並數、背光驅動頻率、不同的背光亮度作分析與討論,觀察其對於LED 串並數效率及功率消耗之影響。 LED串聯數之 Vout 越接近 Vin 效率越高。 使用同樣LED數目時,並聯數增加可以省輸入Power,但在Vout比Vin低的情況下則不適用 , 原因為MOSFET 的功率損耗 。 改變 frequency 對所需輸入之power 無顯著的影響 。 同樣顆數LED狀況下 , 串聯數越少所需之Power 較小 , 且隨著duty越小,所省之功率也越少。 PWM or MIX mode , Vin越接近Vout , 所需之Pin越少,越省電。 Vin越接近Vout時boost效率還是較高。 PWM mode 消耗功率大於 MIX mode。 PWM mode 與 MIX mode 在相同的亮度底下,MIX mode 的Power consumption是相對的小。

Therefore, this paper will focus on the backlight module efficiency and power consumption on the part of the analysis., In this study, the use of LCD module backlight and backlight driving its underlying structural parameters: LED serial to parallel the number of backlight driving frequency, different backlight brightness for analysis and discussion, to observe its effect on the number of LED strings and the efficiency and power consumption.
