摘要: | 在本論文中,利用新穎D-π-A有機染料分子和紫質染料分子並搭配固態電解液Spiro-OMeTAD於固態敏化太陽能電池(Solid-State Dye Sensitized Solar Cells),而紫質染料分子主要是由暨南大學林敬堯教授實驗室所合成。有機染料分成兩部份,首先我們實驗室中由張羽成學長合成B系列有機染料分子,此染料分子擁有高消光係數加上合成步驟簡單,其中B11最佳化之後短路電流值:8.993 mA/cm2,開路電壓值:0.880 V,光轉換效率達到5.19%。第二部分為新穎π-link有機染料分子為TPA系列,利用不同的π-link官能基提升染料的消光係數以達到高短路電流值,其中TPA-BTD短路電流值:9.403 mA/cm2,開路電壓值:0.846 V,光轉換效率達到5.21%。
第二個主題中,我們以紫質染料LWP-13與有機染料D149共敏化的方式,彌補LWP-13 500~600nm的吸收,首先將二氧化鈦吸附LWP-13並浸泡Al2O3 並保護層,減少二氧化鈦和Spiro-OMeTAD再結合的負向反應,之後浸泡有機染料D149, TiO2/lwp-13/Al2O3/D149架構其轉換效率4.07%。 In this thesis, the use of novel D-π-A organic dye molecules and porphyrin dye molecules with the solid electrolyte Spiro-OMeTAD in solid-sensitized solar cells (Solid-State Dye Sensitized Solar Cells). Organic dyes divided into two parts, first synthesized in our laboratory by the Kevin seniors B series of organic dye molecules, the dye molecules with a high extinction coefficient plus simple synthesis step, after which the optimization B11:the light conversion efficiency of 5.19%. The second part is a novel organic dye molecules π-link series of TPA using different π-link functional groups to improve the extinction coefficient of the dye to achieve a high short-circuit current, wherein the TPA-BTD short-circuit current: 9.403 mA/cm2, the light conversion efficiency of 5.21%. The second topic, we porphyrin dye LWP-13 with an organic dye D149 were sensitized way to make up for LWP-13 500 ~ 600nm absorption, the first titanium dioxide adsorption LWP-13 and soak Al2O3, reducing titanium dioxide and Spiro-OMeTAD negative recombination reaction, the organic dye after soaking D149, TiO2/lwp-13/Al2O3/D149 structure conversion efficiency of 4.07%.
