dc.description.abstractTile 是高效率視頻編碼 (HEVC) 實行平行化的一個工具。在設計上,tile可以高度平行化編碼及解碼的程序。然而tile的使用也存在著一些議題,使用tile會造成編碼效率降低,或者當tile分佈不均時會有較差的平衡負載,造成平行化效率降低。 在本論文中,我們提出了三種方法來解決這些問題。其中兩種方法分別改善了編碼效率降低以及使編碼有更好的平衡負載,第三種方法則嘗試在較好的平衡負載狀況下改善編碼效率。實驗結果顯示,這三種方法也確實達到了目的。 關鍵字:高效率視頻編碼、tile、平行化、平衡負載zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTile is a parallel tool in High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC). It can achieve high coding parallelism in both encoding and decoding process. However, there are some issues when using tile. First, using tile will decrease coding efficiency. In addition, it might lead to bad parallelism if unbalanced tile spacing is adopted. In this thesis, we proposed three methods to solve these issues. Two of them are the improvement of coding efficiency and improve load-balancing, respectively. The other one takes both coding efficiency and load-balancing into considerations. The experiment results show that these methods achieve their goals.en_US
