dc.description.abstract近年來3C產品的設計使用金屬與塑膠結合越來越廣泛,因為異種材料接合具有重量輕、機體薄和外觀美的優點,而一般使用會黏著劑、卡榫設計或電化學表面處理配合射出成型來達到效果。 本研究是利用雷射表面處理在5052鋁合金表面製造多孔洞性之微結構,並配合超音波與熱壓接合,使金屬和塑膠達到機械性的結合,並探討不同雷射表面處理樣式在5052鋁合金和ABS高分子塑料的接合強度之影響。 實驗結果顯示,在超音波接合下,表面孔洞率的增加使軸向強度漸增,表示表面孔洞率與接合強度成正比關係,且相同表面孔洞率,但不同樣式孔洞可得到相近的接合強度,剪切強度由於熱變形彎曲產生應力導致結果不理想,但軸向強度4MPa已經比其他文獻來得高許多。 由結果得知表面孔洞率對金屬與塑膠接合強度影響大,雷射表面處理配合超音波異種材料接合是可行的,且不需要導熔線的建立。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractRecently,3C products featuring design of metal combined with plastic becoming more popular. That has light weight,thin body and beautiful appearance.Generally,insert molding techniques,such as adhesive,groove design or electrochemical surface treatment are used to bond metal and plastic. In the study, laser is used to produce different type of patterns on A5052 Aluminum surface and then combined metal with plastic by hot pressing and ultrasonic welding. Mechanical tests and interface morphology observation are used to research the influences of different types of patterns on bonding metal and plastic. In ultrasonic welding, experimental results show that increasing the surface porosityrise normal tensile strength, which indicates that the surface porosity has direct proportion to the bonding strength, the same surface porosity and different type ofpatterns that has close bonding strength. The shear strength of the bending deformation due to thermal that generate stress leads to unsatisfactory results, but the normal tensile strength 4MPa has batter than other literature. From the experiment results,surface porosity effect Metal/Plastic bonding strength great impact. By the way, ultrasonic welding to dissimilar materials joining with laser surface treatmentcan be achieved, and we don’t needenergy director.en_US
