dc.description.abstract	在醫學影像中，三維影像的分割是一個被廣泛討論的課題。然而，為了達到影像視覺化的目的，我們通常必須要同時的處理影像的分割與重建。在本論文中，根據snake為基礎，提出一套可成長的動態幾何模型分割法，做為三維影像的分割方式與物體輪廓的重建，並將此技術運用在果蠅的三維影像分割與重建上，我們得到了良好的實驗結果。	zh_TW
