dc.description.abstract我們已經成功的合成出的DSA-Ph之衍生物7-DSA-Ph、7-DSA-biPh 和7-DSA-triPh,具高熱穩定性質,其Tg分別為 120℃、131℃和137℃。7-DSA-Ph為藍光客發光體的元件,在電流密度20 mA/cm2下,摻雜濃度為5 %時,電壓5.9伏特,發光效率為9.08cd/A,其最大的外部量子效率為4.75,CIE色座標為 (0.16,0.28)。 接著以7-DSA-biPh為藍光客發光體的元件,在電流密度20 mA/cm2下,摻雜濃度為9 %時,電壓5.9伏特,發光效率為6.3cd/A,其最大的外部量子效率為3.73,CIE色座標為 (0.16,0.24)。 最後以7-DSA-triPh為藍光客發光體的元件,在電流密度20 mA/cm2下,摻雜濃度為7 %時,電壓5.9伏特,發光效率為3.9cd/A,其最大的外部量子效率為3.42,CIE色座標為 (0.16,0.17)。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWe have synthesized a highly efficient blue dopant based on the amino-substituted distyrylarylene (DSA-amine) fluorescent dyes. These fluorescent dyes have good thermal properties.The Tg of 7-DSA-Ph, 7-DSA-biPh and 7-DSA-triPh are 120℃, 131℃ and 137℃. Doped 7-DSA-Ph in the stable blue host material 2-methyl-9,10-di(2-naphthyl)anthracene (MADN), it achieved a luminance yield of 9.02 cd/A at 20 mA/cm2 with a CIEx,y color coordinate of [0.16, 0.28] The maximum external quantum efficiency of this device approaches the theoretical limit of 4.7% . Doped 7-DSA-biPh in MADN, it achieved a luminance yield of 6.4 cd/A at 20 mA/cm2 with a CIEx,y color coordinate of [0.15, 0.24] The maximum external quantum efficiency of this device approaches the theoretical limit of 3.73% . Doped 7-DSA-triPh in MADN, it achieved a luminance yield of 3.5cd/A at 20 mA/cm2 with a CIEx,y color coordinate of [0.16, 0.17] The maximum external quantum efficiency of this device approaches the theoretical limit of 3.42 % .en_US
