dc.description.abstract | 本研究針對光電業背光模組廠進行研究個案分析,藉由作業基礎成本、平衡計分卡與策略地圖、以及經濟附加價值分析建構整合性的績效衡量機制以促動企業經營績效。研究結果顯示個案公司中,光電事業群的營運績效最佳,其次是材料事業群,最差的是消費性產品事業群。建議個案公司針對消費性產品事業群進行成本改善活動,並且持續強化光電事業群與材料事業群之成本控管活動,以求取企業競爭利基。 | zh_TW |
