dc.description.abstract | 共用料的採購存貨管理若能在企業內落實改善,對於公司在成本上的競爭力將有助益;而此管理議題已經存在生產製造作業中許久,但是真正成功的實例不多。實務上,目前產業仍採用ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning 以下簡稱ERP)系統中的MRP(Material Requirement Planning 以下簡稱 MRP)模組作為備料規劃的主要管理工具,但是卻無法發揮控管共用料的功效,以致無法進行效率較佳之物料規劃作業。 為了讓企業能夠瞭解"共用料"在備料規劃中的重要性及所帶來的成本下降的效益,希望透過利潤極大化的目標式,並利用低階產品的市場需求的資訊來預測高階產品的需求,來求出公司內部在一定期間內共用料的最適採購量。所以本研究選擇目前在熱門的網通產業作為研究的對象,在Karen’s 二階段生產模型下稍作模型的修正簡化,來為研究對象提出一套共用料最適採購量的模型。經由實驗設計之情境設計與模擬,分析物料規劃之結果,得到以下結論: 1.有效解決同時生產高階和低階兩種類型産品的生産企業的共用料採購 決策問題。 2.當企業在面臨市場需求不確定時,可以採用二階段生產模式來對共用料進行物料規劃採購;因此,企業不僅可以減少原物料採購過程中與供應商協調之複雜程度,並且可以降低需求為不確定所引起之成本(倉儲、訂購、呆滯、缺貨、處分等成本)差異。 3.相較於傳統的ERP系統裡面的MRP物料需求規劃模組,加入共用料的管理需求在系統之中,可以為廠商帶來成本節省上的效益,並且會造成企業內部之間(業務、採購、製造、後勤)及與外部客戶之間的良善循環。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | If we could take the component commonality as one key factor of our purchasing decision, it will enhance our cost competence. This tool of inventory management already being discussed for past few years, but the successful cases are not too much. In practice, most companies user the MRP(Material Requirement Planning) module in the ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) system to make their material planning. But this kind of MRP tool can’t get a good inventory management for the component commonality. For getting the better understanding of the component commonality planning & Purchasing, we will try to get the optimum purchasing quantity under these 2 conditions : 1.Target of maximizing profit 2.Two production mode model This paper will select a company in the networking industry as a research target to find out the optimum purchasing quantity under Karen’s two production mode model Through the re-design of Karen’s model, we came out the following result : 1.It could solve the procurement decision of the component commonality from the demand of high level and low level WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) card . 2.When companies facing the uncertain market demand, we can use the component commonality management to reduce the uncertainty and avoid the unnecessary cost 3.IF companies adopt the component commonality management into the MRP system, it will enhance the company’s cost competence. | en_US |
