dc.description.abstract研究案例公司是一家專業生產電池組之電子資訊廠,公司在研發新電池在投入正式量產之前,需模擬電池各樣的正常及非正常使用的情況下進行試驗,其測試結果將作為產品設計變更、作業方式、生產治具、產品可靠度及壽命之依據。因為受測的電池通常在充滿電的之情況下,而且許多試驗屬破壞性試驗,在試驗的過程中可能會有電池能量無預警的釋放出來,此測試作業存在一定的風險,以往曾有導致發生過著火及電池爆裂之意外事故記錄,故將此新產品測試工作列為研究對象。 本研究利用工作安全分析(Job Safety Analysis, JSA)及澳洲國家安全委員會(National Safety Council Australia ,NSCA)所發展的風險評估計分表(NSCA Risk Score Calculator)做為實施風險管理之工具,首先使用工作安全分析(Job Safety Analysis, JSA)將研究對象所有的工作依動作、時間、次序,分成幾個主要的步驟,分析每項操作步驟可能造成的危害,再將各操作步驟所辨識出的危害風險,使用澳洲國家安全委員會(National Safety Council Australia ,NSCA)所發展的風險評估計分表(NSCA Risk Score Calculator)依事故發生機率、暴露頻率及嚴重率等三項乘積來量化風險,並將其風險做分級排序,找出本研究對象內之重大風險的關鍵作業,針對此重大風險研擬改善策略,並且成本效益、適用性及時效性等三點考量後,選擇出較適合之改善的策略及進行具體改善。 最後再比較實施風險管理前後,研究對象所發生之災害事故件數,來驗證此風險管理模式、所使用的風險評估方法的可行性及有效性,並且做出結論。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe case I am studying is an elctronic factory to assemble battery , prior to the formal volume prodcution , the factory must conduct the experiements of the use by normal and abnormal condtions , and the test results would be as the solid base to change over of product design , process , jit fixture , product reliability and life test as well. Owing to the tested batteries usually are under the conditions with full electricity , some experiements are of the sort of destroying test , hence, very likely , this will lead the release of unexpected battery energy , and certain level of crisis will occurr then as we estimated. Based on the past records , there were fire and explosition happenning , therefore, I would like propose the study of new product test as the subject of my thesis. This study adapted Job Safety Analysis ,JSA and the NSCA Risk Score Calculator as the tool to measure risk managment. First of all , the study will employ Job Safety Analysis to the object surveyed based on action, time , squence . and analyed every possible harzard may happened. and then identify the dangerous risk that may occur to each process. Then I will apply the NSCA Risk Score Calculator to calculate the accumulation of probability, exposure conseqences , and seriousness , and allign the sequence by grade of risk, and concluded by pointing out the key factor of critical risks , and proposed the solutions including cost/benefit analysis, adaptability, and timeliness , and finally sought the suitable improving strategy and then proceed it After the completion of the previous mentioned experiements , than the comparison between before and after this experiement would be executed then. the happening of harzards of this case would be discussed to verify the validity of this risk management model , and the test tools as well. Finally derived the conclusion and finding of this topic. which proved effectivelyen_US
