摘要: | 圖書館利用教育是大學圖書館讀者服務項目中十分重要的一環,值此數位與網路時代,圖書館可藉由數位學習打破時間與空間限制的缺點,將課程以數位教材方式提供給讀者自我學習,並可由讀者自我掌控學習進度。圖書館利用教育課程應設計符合學習者需求之數位學習教材,達到隨時學習的成效。然而結合數位學習的課程規劃、開發以及維護,需要耗費不少心力,因此本研究乃研擬以有效率的方式規劃設計圖書館利用教育的數位學習教材。
本論文參考國內外相關文獻,探討圖書館利用教育課程的實施與規劃、圖書館利用教育與數位學習的結合、系統化教學設計ADDIE模式與快速數位學習(Rapid E-Learning)理論與特點。本研究結合ADDIE教學設計模式與快速數位學習,研擬適合圖書館利用教育之教材設計樣板(Template),據以實作台灣經濟新報TEJ資料庫教材,並邀請東吳大學圖書館城區分館參考館員,依所研擬教材樣板實作其他教材,藉以實證是否符合本研究提升教材發展效率之宗旨。
由學習者的使用滿意度與館員製作教材的體驗,本研究印證經彈性調整的ADDIE模式所設計出之教材,在品質上獲得學習者極高的肯定。教材樣板的應用提升了教材發展效率,讓參考館員從教材設計到完整教材產出,真正達到快速數位學習兩週內完成教材的理想,因此得到館員的肯定,也建立了館員對發展同類型教材的信心。圖書館在目前時間、人力、經費三者皆缺的情形下,運用快速數位學習的概念於圖書館利用教育,不失為一可行之途徑。 Library instruction is an important mission of user reference services in university libraries. E-Learning can alleviate learning restrictions on time and space and allow learners to control their learning schedule. Ushering in the E-learning era, libraries have to design E-Learning coursewares suitable for learners; however, combining library instruction courses with E-Learning may cost libraries a lot of efforts in development and maintenance. In view of this, this thesis aims at proposing a feasible solution to efficiently produce E-Learning library instruction courseswares. In this thesis, the researcher first surveys relevant studies from many aspects, including (a) the implementation and arrangement of library instruction courses, (b) the combination of library instruction and E-Learning, (c) the introduction of the ADDIE model, and (d) the introduction of rapid E-Learning. The researcher then presents how to design a proper template for library instruction coursewares by integrating the ADDIE model and rapid E-Learning. The designed template is then used to produce the courseware of the TEJ database. Finally, two reference librarians are taught to create coursewares of another two databases by applying the template. To prove the feasibility of the proposed approach, satisfication investigation of learners is conducted; furtheremore, the two reference librarians are interviewed for understanding whether the proposed approach can improve the efficiency of courseware development. Regarding the satisfaction of learners who use the courseware of TEJ, learners confirm that the quality of the coursewares is excellent. Moreover, the two librarians involved can finish their coursewares within two weeks and they also agree that it can reduce the time of creating coursewares by applying the template. In other words, this demonstrates that the proposed approach achieves the goal of rapid E-Learning to help developers create their coursewares expeditiously; furthermore, learners are satisfied with the coursewares. Nowadays, libraries face the situation of lacking time, money and resource in designing E-Learning coursewares, and rapid E-Learning is one feasible way to solve the present problem. |
