Abstract: | 本論文秉持知識管理的流程概念,歸納知識管理流程,將知識管理融入資訊中心之資訊服務業務之中,提出適合資訊中心之知識管理流程ICKMP。並依據資訊中心知識管理流程,建置出流程知識管理系統PKMS,實際應用於中學校園之中,並設計使用者問卷,進行實驗以瞭解使用者的感受與建議。
本論文所建置的PKMS系統,經過實際上線測試之後,使用者的反應相當良好,依據問卷結果,證實依據本研究歸納之資訊中心知識管理流程所開發之流程知識管理系統,確實可行,具備高度的實用性,使用者的接受度很高,也很願意透過此資訊平台吸收新知與進行討論。
本研究可以獲得以下結論:
1. 本研究歸納整理之資訊中心知識管理流程(ICKMP),其步驟可分為知識的取得、知識的分享、知識的應用與知識的回饋。
2. 依據問卷調查結果,證實應用本研究歸納整理之資訊中心知識管理流程所開發之流程知識管理系統(PKMS),具有可行性與實用性,使用者的接受度很高。
3. 所有的知識文件與討論對話的過程,皆寫入MySQL資料庫中,透過PKMS流程知識管理系統的運作,已經逐步收集符合符合單位需求的資訊知識,建立資訊服務知識庫。 This thesis generalizes a conclusion from the collection of knowledge management process, and proposes the Information Center Knowledge Management Process (ICKMP) of school. According to the ICKMP, the research establishes a Process-based Knowledge Management System (PKMS), and designs the questionnaire to collect the opinions of the system users. After analyzing the questionnaires of the system users, we have found that they take a positive attitude towards PKMS, and make some conclusions. Firstly, the ICKMP was divided into four processes, including knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge application and knowledge feedback. Secondly, the ICKMP is really a practical knowledge management process and PKMS is actually a useful knowledge management system. Thirdly, all the knowledge documents and conversations will be put into the PKMS system. With the hard work of PKMS dedicated users, the Information Service Database will collect the useful knowledge for school. |
