dc.description.abstractDesign of CMOS Voltage-Controlled Oscillator(VCO) will be investigate in this thesis. We will discuss how to use one inductor to increase tuning range and achieve dual band. The LC tank VCO is implemented using TSMC 0.18um process. This simulation results with ADS and Ansoft designer.en_US
