Based on the regular Fourier matrix, a new set of accuracy factors is proposed for the nonuniform fast Fourier transform algorithm to improve the accuracy of transformed data. It shows that the proposed factors can reduce the errors by three to more than ten times with almost the same number of arithmetic operations. Numerical examples are shown for the applications in computational electromagnetics.en_US
