dc.description.abstract利用半導體雷射激發摻銣及鐿之增益介質,在摻鐿晶體實驗中利用不同反射率的輸出鏡得到各種不同的輸出波長,並實現可調變及被動式Q開關雷射。另外摻銣晶體實驗中亦利用被動式Q開關機制提升輸出波長1123nm的倍頻效率,產生約700mW之黃綠光雷射。zh_TW
