dc.description.abstract本論文將闡述如何利用穿透式體積全像的技術製作拉曼光譜分析中所需要的窄頻寬濾波片,稱之為拉曼濾波片。首先,在簡單的描述拉曼光譜之後,我們將描述穿透式體積全像片的繞射特性,並以拉曼光譜儀的需求為參考,作為此種濾波片元件的分析指標;接下來我們將說明光學實驗的設計與分析,並利用本實驗室已經趨近成熟的體積全像高分子材料PQ-PMMA製作出拉曼濾波片。之後將以體積全像製作法來進行製作濾波片,測量其繞射效率,並比較理論模擬數值與實驗結果。此研究成果所製作出的濾波片頻寬小於1nm,可以適用於量測拉曼位移量大於153.6cm-1信號範圍。zh_TW
