摘要: 摘 要 本研究的目的在探討並設計製作利用電磁發電的振動發電機構。藉由研發出小型輕便的可攜式發電器,引用源源不絕的周遭能源,例如人體行走、橋樑、或者車輛行駛間產生的振動能量,經由發電器將機械能轉換成電能,整流而且加大電壓儲存之後,將可以取代電池而具有多用途的實用性。 利用伺服馬達當振動源,模擬人體行走或車行移動時,產生的振動能量,使固定在伺服馬達連接擺臂上的發電器之移動線圈來回振動擺盪,藉由切割磁力線產生電動勢而發電。振動頻率以步行時手臂的擺動頻率約2Hz及手持搖動的頻率約5Hz以下,作為實驗量測的依據。結果,整流後線圈並聯接法獲得最大電壓值1V,串聯接法最大電壓值2.8V,最大功率輸出約為28 mW,其產生的能量約為112 mJ,換算成能量密度約為155.6 mJ/cm3。
ABSTRACT This study aims to design and fabricate appropriate mechanisms for electromagnetic vibration generators. It is desired to develop miniature portable generators that employ ambient energy, such as vibration energy from walking people, oscillating bridges, and traversing vehicles, and transform the vibration energy into electric energy. After rectification and voltage elevation, the electric energy will be able to replace batteries in a variety of occasions. A swing arm attached to a servo motor is treated as vibration source to simulate walking people and traversing vehicles. Vibration energy is transformed into electric energy. A swing-type electromagnetic generator is fixed to the arm, which connects to the servo motor. The walking people of vibration frequency is set to 2 Hz and hand shaking is 5 Hz. The maximum voltage obtained is 1V for moving-coil in parallel connection while is 2.8V in series connection. The generated maximum power is 28 mW and energy is 112 mJ. The energy density is 155.6 mJ/cm3.
