dc.description.abstract論文裡提出了一種新型的電流偏壓製作技術,我們利用一個大訊號弦波來偏壓震盪器。 這種新型態的偏壓方式可以同時得到較低的相位雜訊和低功率消耗,且不影響本來震盪器的輸出擺幅,另外提出使用電容來使vco core交互作用已呈現四相位的輸出。經過量測的結果得到與模擬相近的結果,phase noise約為-115.7db@1MHz且qvco的功率消耗僅3.75mw,FOM約為190.5db/Hzh_TW
