摘要: | 鈣鈦礦結構(Perovskite)之三元鹵化物是目前頗受注意的紅外線非線性光學材
料。我們利用化學合成法成功的合成出非線性材料(RbxCs1-x)GeCl3(x=0、0.25、0.5、0.75、1),並對其進行一系列的特性量測。
從XRD、EPMA量測鑑定,(RbxCs1-x)GeCl3晶體在x=0以及x=1時,確實與文獻上和資料庫或理論模擬的結果相當符合,且在x=0.25、0.5、0.75時顯示出結構有漸變的趨勢,且由吸收光譜的結果可知此系列的晶體能隙值也都隨著摻雜的比例不同而改變,藉此可調變晶體能隙值,相對應改善晶體之光破壞閥值。晶體藉著FTIR、拉曼光譜量測結果顯示出通光範圍約為2.5~46μm,並由吸收光譜的量測顯示,在0.31μm之後的吸收值急劇下降,代表這一系列的晶體確實具有非常寬廣的通光範圍。由粉末二倍頻量測(SHG)得知晶體之有效非線性係數約為1.4 pm/V,約為KDP的3~4倍。
另外,在理論上我們也利用第一原理的計算評估,計算出此系列晶體之XRD圖以及部分的電子能帶結構,並將計算出之結果與實驗數據作一比較。 We have successfully synthesized the new nonlinear optical material (RbxCs1-x)GeCl3(x=0、0.25、0.5、0.75、1) by using the chemical synthesis method. From the results of XRD and EPMA, we prove that RbGeCl3(x=1) and CsGeCl3(x=0) have a perfect match with the results from reference and JCPDS or ab inito(MS Modeling). And the results of x=0.25、0.5、0.75 reveal that there are different structure in every component. From the results of absorption spectrum, the energy-gap are changed in every component, by this we can adjust the damage threshold of the crystals. The FTIR、Raman and absorption spectra show that the transparency range of the crystal is from 0.31~46μm. According to the powder second harmonic generation signals, we obtain the powder nonlinear effective coefficient (~1.4pm/V) and is about 4 times of the KDP. |
