dc.description.abstract薄膜液晶顯示器(Thin Film Transistor-Crystal Displayer ) 製程依序包含陣列、組立、模組三個階段,其中良率最低且機台特性最複雜之階段為組立段製程。在過去液晶顯示器產業正蓬勃發展的幾年內皆處於供不應求之狀態,於是大部份組立廠排程規劃文獻皆偏向存貨式生產環境,但液晶顯示之應用於近年來愈趨廣泛,訂單式生產之排程環境漸漸普遍。因此本文針對薄膜液晶顯示器組立廠,求解眾多種類且訂單式與存貨式產品並存環境下之排程問題,以因應現今產業趨勢。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe manufacturing of Thin Film Transistor-Crystal Displayer (TFT-LCD) includes array, cell, and module process. The assembly process has lowest yield rate and most complexity. In the TFT-LCD industrial, supply used to be unable to meet the demand in the past few years which lead to make to stock(MTS) production environment. Nowadays, the extensive implementation of TFT-LCD lead to the generality of make to order(MTO) production environment. This paper focused on the TFT-LCD assembly process scheduling problem under the environment of coexist of MTO and MTS product to meet the trend.en_US
