摘要: 市面上使用公用交流電源的電器設備其電流諧波值常依所屬種類和功率大小而受 到各種規範限制,為滿足這些規範,電源供應器中的輸入電流修飾機制是必須採行的。 而為了更進一步地降低元件使用數和成本,並同時有效提昇效能,將輸入電流修飾機制 與直流/直流轉換器整合設計成單級是現階段最有利的作法。本計畫的第一個重點項目即 在研製一個整合型的單級交流/直流轉換器,我們將根據減少能量被多次處理的觀點和簡 化電路架構的作法來完成該設計。 另外,將上述之技術有效運用在高照度氣體放電燈則是本計畫的第二個重點項目。 擁有優良演色性、高發光效率、壽命更長的高照度氣體放電燈是目前最受歡迎的燈源之 一,然而,音頻共振的嚴重缺點限制了它的用途範圍。就目前所知,以低頻方波驅動的 方式是避免功率變化以引起音頻共振的最佳策略。為了改善一般高頻共振式電子安定器 的可靠度及穩定性,我們將使用上述的具輸入電流修飾功能的單級交流/直流轉換器再加 調整,並配合方波換流器以合成一無音頻共振的高照度氣體放電燈專用之電子安定器。 所有提出的構想皆針對低功率的應用,我們將以完整的分析及實驗予以驗證,以作 為未來應用至實際電子產品之參考。
It is known that the electric equipments consuming public line power must be bound by regulations of the national standards according to its power level and attribution. To comply with these standards, input current shaping (ICS) function must be used in power supplies. To further reduce the components count and cost as well as to improve the performance, integration of an input current shaper and a DC/DC converter with a bulk capacitor is essential and substantial. The first focus of this project is to study and implement the single-stage ICS techniques based on reducing redundant power processing and simplifying the overall topology. With outstanding features of good color rendering, high efficacy and long life time, high intensity discharge lamps (HID) become one of the most popular light sources in our modern life. We will employ the power supply technology achieved above to provide the power required by the HID lamps. Now we still need to heed that there is a serious problem of acoustic resonance for HID lamps, especially using a high-frequency electronic ballast. The most efficient one of all approaches found to avoid acoustic resonance should be the low-frequency square-wave operation that can provide near constant power to the lamp. To improve the reliability and stability of general electronic ballasts using resonant circuitry, we are going to use the technology of ICS-based single-stage AC/DC converter described above with a square-wave inverter to synthesis an acoustic resonance-free electronic ballast for HID lamps. All the proposed concepts will be analyzed and verified in low power applications, and the results will be used as a reference to the realization on the future electronic equipments.
