dc.description.abstractA novel pixel circuit design of poly-silicon backplane for emi-flective display that integrated a reflective liquid crystal display (R-LCD) and a top-emission organic emitting diode (TOLED) was proposed. The pixel circuit could compensate both the threshold voltage shift of poly-silicon transistors and the turn-on voltage shift of TOLEDs.en_US
