dc.description.abstract本計畫的目標主要為維護及管理環保署「環境奈米科技知識平台」網站(Taiwan Nanotechnology EHS Database, 網址http://ehs.epa.gov.tw/),依國內外的奈米EHS的研究成果充實其內容,及更新環境奈米的知識文件等工作。預計完成五項主題的奈米知識文件的蒐集、整理及更新工作,並整理ISO及OECD有關奈米科技環境、健康、安全(EHS)議題的發展趨勢。本年度已發行知識平台的電子報四期上傳至知識平台,並以e-mail方式通知會員最新的nano-EHS消息,nano-EHS知識,近期活動及下期預告,會員可以下載及瀏覽文件,過去的歷史文件也可以在平台的e-paper專區找到。目前環境奈米科技知識平台的會員人數為448人,含專家學者118人,瀏覽人數為42947次(統計日期:2013年3月18日) ,本年度將持續增加會員人數及瀏覽人數。 本計畫將參考先進國家的奈米技術EHS策略規劃及研究主題,並考量經費限制、過去的研究成果及國內各單位的分工協調情況,修正「環保署2013年負責任奈米技術的策略規畫」中英文文件,以提出2014年的「全球負責任奈米技術的回顧與展望」中英文文件,並舉辦研商會1場。 為了加強奈米技術的風險認知及溝通,本計畫預計將於102年10月份在台大集思會議中心舉辦「102年環境奈米科技論壇」,將環保署過去一年的研究成果以論文發表及討論方式引介給國內相關人士,預計將吸引產、官、學、研各界報名參加。最後,為了加強與國際的互動及介紹台灣奈米EHS研究現況,本計畫預計專訪奈米EHS議題的專家學者兩名:國立清華大學動力機械工程系的李國賓教授及成功大學環工所的王鴻博教授,訪問稿並將以中英文方式呈現。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe goal of this project is to maintain the website of "Taiwan nanotechnology EHS database" (http://ehs.epa.gov.tw/) and provide data and information by integrating the international and domestic research achievements on nano-EHS related issues. Recent advances on nano-EHS related issues in five topical areas and in ISO and OECD will be reviewed, compiled and updated in the web page. Four issues of e-papers were issued. Members can receive the latest nano-EHS news, nano-EHS knowledge, recent activities and the announcement of the next issue through e-mails, retrieve and read the fulltexts and track the historical files at the exclusive e-paper zone in the website. The numbers of members and visitors continue to increase this year. So far, the website has attracted 448 member registrations, including 118 experts in nano-EHS related issues. The number of visiting to the website is increased to 42947 (The statistics date is Mar. 18, 2013). Referring to the nano-EHS research strategy and research themes of advanced countries, considering resource constraint, previous research achievements, and the research activities of other domestic agencies, the "2013 Global Strategic Plan for Responsible Nanotechnology" will be re-written in both Chinese and English versions after the review meeting with domestic experts. To strengthen the risk perception and communication of nanotechnology, the "2013 Environmental Nanotechnology Forum" will be hold and EPA's research achievements will be introduced to different domestic stakeholders through paper presentations and discussion. There is going to be many people from the industry, government, academia and research institutions to join the forum. Finally, to promote the international interactions and introduce the domestic nano-EHS research status, two experts in the nanoEHS issues were interviewed, including Professor Gwo-Bin Lee from the department of Power Mechanical Engineering of National Tsing-Hua University (NTHU) and Professor Hong-Paul Wang from the department of Environmental Engineering of National Cheng-Kung University (NCKU). The interview reports will be prepared in both Chinese and English.en_US
