智慧型計程車營運安全管理與派遣系統核心模組之規劃與開發暨示範應用

Abstract

本研究為三年期之執行計畫，旨在開發智慧型計程車營運安全管理與派遣系統核心模組。研究內容必須完整考量及建立系統使用者對計程車營運安全管理與車輛派遣系統所需之資訊內容與功能需求，並結合即時車輛定位、無線通訊、地理資訊系統與智慧型IC卡等先進技術，以架構出多元化的服務系統，規劃適於國內計程車營運安全管理與車輛派遣系統之核心模組；且擬定分期開發與示範應用計畫內容，逐年開發及擴充智慧型計程車營運安全管理與派遣系統模組化功能，並實質推廣應用於計程車車隊智慧型計程車營運安全管理與派遣系統之建置，以執行智慧型計程車營運安全管理與派遣系統模組化功能之測試與應用，並賡續評估各年度智慧型計程車營運安全管理與派遣系統模組化功能擴充之執行成效與功能檢討，俾能建置符合系統使用者應用需求之智慧型計程車營運安全與派遣系統模組，以輔導計程車業者能夠充分應用先進通訊及定位技術，協助其車輛派遣以達到提昇營運效率，並能確實掌握每筆乘車資訊，更保障乘客及駕駛人之安全，提供優質的服務，促進計程車產業的轉型與升級。

This three-year project aim at the developments of core modules of intelligent taxi safety management and dispatching system. This research cover the comprehensive functions of taxi operations, including real time positioning, wireless communication, GIS, and IC cards. These functions/modules are expected to be developed in theree years. A demonstration system will be built to illustrate how to integrate these core modules into a workable system. This system is expected to promote the operation efficiency and drivers safety.
