dc.description.abstractA saturated white device was obtained by using a blue Al(Saq)(3) with doping TMQA. Due to the electroplex formation during the electroluminescence process, a white light emission was achieved, In optimized devices, the saturated white emission was observed at CIE1931 (0.33,0.35). Its maximum brightness was 25.4 cd/m(2) at 13.4 V.en_US
