dc.description.abstract | 銲接造成的殘留應力經文獻研究最高可達 到所使用材料的降服強度,所以可能降低疲勞 限□造成脆性破壞□影響結構穩定性及促成應 力腐蝕.一般在國防或核能工業上採用的高強 度材料或耐熱抗蝕不�鋼,通常具有高彈性係 數成熱膨脹係數便可能造成更高及分布更寬的 銲後殘留應力,所以本研究擬先分析此方法應 用在銲件會產生的兩項主要誤差-鑽孔過程引 入的應力以及孔邊應力集中造成的塑性誤差. 隨後以此為基礎比較不同銲接方法(TIG, PAW)造 成殘留應力的大小及分布情形,作為較佳銲接 方法選擇之參考,然後評估平行加熱施銲法及 震動式消除,殘留應力法的效果,並做有系統的比較. | zh_TW |
