dc.description.abstract根據以往旋轉偏極板量測偏極態之偏極儀 須時非常長□故提此計畫以Photoelastic modulator 來代替1/4補波板□及旋轉式偏光板所製成之橢 圓儀主要是利用其補波為一時間函數而可反推 偏極態.將前反射及穿透式偏極儀之反射方向 之偏極測量器以PEM代替藉以減少測量時間.並 藉此了解偏光儀之使用在遙測之可能性.zh_TW
