dc.description.abstract本計畫之主要内容,在於合成不同結構組織之分子一無機半導體混合奈米結 構,研究其光電性質,以控制此類分子系統之相關特性。我們將利用超快瞬變吸 收、時間解析螢光,在有無外加電場下研究電子相關過程與結構組織變化,並特 別關注激發、電荷轉移、電荷載體受光分離與重組的機制。本計畫主要科學目的, 為判定以分子/固態方式描述奈米分子與半導體混合系統的應用性與限制性,有 助於了解並改進聚合物與半導體或其他有機一無機混合材質製成之奈米光電元 件的效能。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractSynthesis of molecular-inorganic semiconductor hybrid nanostructures with various structural organization and studies of their optoelectronic properties in order to control relevant characteristics of these systems will be the main issue of the project. Electronic processes and structural organization will be investigated by using ultrafast transient absorption, time-resolved fluorescence at the presence/absence of the external electric field. Especial attention will be paid for understanding mechanisms determining excitation and charge transfer, charge carrier photo-separation, and recombination. The main scientific purpose of this project is to determine applicability and limitations of molecular/solid state approaches to hybrid systems composed of nanostructurised molecular and semiconductor systems. These studies will help to understand and improve the performance of nanoscale hybrid photodetectors and photovoltaic components, based on polymers, semicinductor nanostractures and other type of organic- inorganic hybrids.en_US
