dc.description.abstract | 本總計畫提出一個新世代智慧型加護病房照護系統。本計畫對系統架構定義將從人因工程的角度出發,針對醫師、護士及病患的需求,對於本系統進行定義與規劃,提出人機介面的規格與設計。在加護病房中每一床病患身上將採用具無線傳輸能力的感測器,並以短距無線方式將生理訊號傳送至前端的處理器,這個方式的特點是能有效減少病患身上的連線數目,而透過前端處理平台,能夠先對訊號進行處理,如心律變化、心肌梗塞、癲癇發作、昏迷等多種需要即時被發現的緊急症狀並透過中長距無線通訊方式,將每位病患的生理資訊及中到加護病房主伺服器中,以人工智慧建立即時腦心專家系統提供醫療決策以及長時間病患急症監測,並將所彙整的生理資訊以及分析結果,分別顯示到床邊、護理站、及加護病房中護士所示用的可攜式裝置中。而本計畫的另一個特點則是透過攝影機,對病患、環境、及儀器等狀態變化進行監測,並研發虛擬窗戶技術,透過攝影機捕捉使用者的手勢,提供能與使用者互動的虛擬窗台實境。而本計畫也引入智慧型加護病房生醫信號及影像資訊安全系統計畫提升與外部所需的資訊安全,保護病患的個人隱私。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | A Next Generation Intelligent Intensive Care Unit Health-Care Systems will be proposed in this proposal. This project will define the system architecture perspective of human factors engineering, and depending on needs of doctors, nurses and patients to define for the system, and then presenting the specification and design of human-machine interface. Patient of each bed in the ICU will use sensors with wireless transmission capability, and transmit the physiological signals to the front-end processor via short-range wireless. This approach is effective in reducing the characteristics of number of connections the patient.Through front-end processing platform, the physiological signals can be pre-processed, such as heart rate variability, myocardial infarction, seizures, coma and other emergency requiring immediate symptoms, and integrating the physiological information of each patient to the ICU Main server by long-range wireless communications.Create artificial intelligence real-time brain-heart expert system to provide medical decision-making and long-term monitoring of patients with acute. Then integrate the collected information and results to display at the bedside, nursing station, and the nurses with the portable device. In particular, we use the camera to monitor the change of the patient, environment, and the instrument. The virtual window technology is also proposed in this project. Through the user’s gesture, we can control the virtual window easily.In the part of bio-medical signal and image security, we propose an intelligent ICU data security project to increase the information security and protect the patient’s privacy. | en_US |
