Characteristic of UV Plasmonic Nanolasers with Different Spacer Thickness

Abstract

We report on plasmonic lasers with ZnO nanowire lying on single-crystalline silver film with different SiO2 thickness spacer. Spacer thickness were optimized to adjust the surface plasmon dispersion curve and resulting different group index.
