Abstract

台灣能源產業現有企業規模及技術能量不足以抗衡全球跨國企業。有鑒於此，本計劃將以『製造服務業化經營』及『分合策略』為基礎，發展『智慧型能源管理系統』，除進行嚴謹縝密的產業分析，並提供產業發展之關鍵核心能力及發展政策。 『分』的策略：首先，個別深入探討能源產業市場資訊，進行能源製造業與服務業之產業分析。『合』的策略：結合客製化標的服務和網絡式基礎服務，協助建構能源產業所需的基礎設施，成為知識經濟體系中企業的版圖擴張典範，是一種『既合又分』的戰略運用。 本研究設計以『分合策略』思維為主，目的在於促使智慧型能源管理系統，能開發多頭技術及多元化、拓展非標準產品的市場應用。 本計劃之首要動機重於分析產業結構、技術生命週期、競爭情勢及關鍵核心能力需求、產業價值鏈、及關鍵成功要素進行探討等，推衍四大能源產業的市場發展策略與統營模式，創立高效率『智慧型能源管理系統』的基礎設施，加速台灣再生能源產業的發展，落實『基礎設施服務』的目標。 第一階段：探討產業概況 第二階段：建立智慧型能源管理系統平台

The size and technological capabilities of existing enterprises of Taiwan energy industry can’t compete with the worldwide multinational corporations. In view of this, the research plan will base on“manufacture services operations” and “separating and combining strategy ”to develop“ Intelligent Energy Management Service”. In addition to coherent industry analysis, and provides the key to industrial development of core competencies and policies. “Separating strategy”：First, separately deeply discuss the energy industry market information; analyze manufacturing and service sectors of the energy industry.“Combining strategy”. It combines customized services and the underlying network-based basic services, and helps establish the necessary infrastructure for the energy industry, to become knowledge-based economy in the territory of the expansion of business model. It is more a kind of strategy both using separating and combining. This study is mainly designed with the thinking of“ separating and combining strategy”. It aims at progressing intelligent energy management systems, develops various technologies and diversification, and expands non-standard product market applications. The primary motivation of this study focuses on the analysis of the industrial structure, life cycle of technologies, competition situation and required core competences, industry value chain, and key success factors, then try to explore and discuss. We will conduct market developing strategies and integrating business model of major four energy industries, set up high efficient infrastructure for“ Intelligent Energy Management Service”, accelerate the development of Taiwan renewable energy industry, and implement the goal of“network infrastructure services”. First Stage Research Purpose: explore and discuss the situation of industry. Second Stage Research Purpose: build Intelligent Energy Management System Platform.
