dc.description.abstract | 本計畫將針對超音波輔助玻璃熱壓成形製成進行研究,預定進行全程三年之研究: 第一年將會針對超音波輔助玻璃熱壓成形製程,首先對熱壓機台增加之超音波設備進行 改良,接著利用建立之超音波設備輔助進行玻璃熱壓成形試驗,討論超音波的施加 造成的效應,以及對玻璃透鏡成形製程參數以及玻璃成品的影響;並且以有限元素數 值模擬超音波輔助玻璃熱壓成形製程,進而以模擬的方法取代實驗試誤法,找出 較佳的製程參數。第二年將依據超音波玻璃熱壓成形製程之參數,進行超音波輔助 玻璃微結構之熱壓成形製程,由不同形狀、尺寸之目標微結構進行熱壓,以尋找超音波 輔助玻璃微結構熱壓成形的特性以及最佳成形參數,討論加入超音波對微結構熱壓成形 的影響;並以實驗了解微結構成型時可能發生的特殊性質,以代入有限元素,建立一可 信的玻璃微結構熱壓模擬系統。第三年之研究將應用建立之玻璃微結構熱壓成形製程以 及有限元素模擬技巧,應用在太陽能集光器之製造。期望以玻璃材料製作耐用且高效能 的太陽能集光器結構;再以實驗驗證集光器對太陽能發電效能的提升。由這一系列的研 究,建立超音波輔助玻璃微熱壓成形製程的關鍵技術,證明此製程可應用於微光學元件 的量產成形。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this proposal ultrasonic-vibration will be applied to assist the (micro) hot embossing processes of optical glasses. This research is scheduled for totally three years: In the first year, the research will focus the ultrasonic-assisted hot embossing process of glass. Firstly the ultrasonic device will be added on to the hot embossing apparatus; then the ultrasonic-assisted glass hot embossing experiment will be conducted and the influences on the parameters of molding process will be discussed. Furthermore, finite element analysis will be used to simulate the above process in order to avoid experimental try-and-error, and to find better parameters for molding process. In the second year, the ultrasonic-assisted micro hot embossing process of glass will be analyzed based on the parameters obtained in the first year. Mold with different shapes and sizes of micro structures will be tested to find the characteristics of the process and the optimal forming parameters, and the effect of ultrasonic-vibration on the micro hot embossing process will be discussed. Experimental results will be imported into the finite element analysis to establish the simulation module for the micro hot embossing process of glass. The third year of the research will use the micro hot embossing processes and finite element analysis technique to produce solar concentrators for solar cells. Durable and high performance concentrators will be manufactured and the efficiency of the new solar concentrator will be tested. From this complete research, the key technology of ultrasonic-assisted (micro) hot embossing processes for optical glasses will be developed, and the improved process for mass production of (micro) optical glass elements will be expected. | en_US |
