dc.description.abstract | 本計畫第一期計畫「看見。橫山」計畫成果已成功地建置數位導覽服務系統乙套並完成實體建置(由新東陽股份有限公司關西服務區)。第二期所選定的場域為新竹縣竹東地區,以客家湯圓與米食聞名,同時包含深厚人文、自然,以及農產等資源。近年來隨著有機農業、科技移民與青年返鄉蔚為風潮,竹東地區居民的自覺意識興起,社區組織蓬勃發展,若能夠經由學術研究與大學課程將創新智慧生活科技(Smart Living Technology)應用導入社區,並透過服務科學的科文對話機制,與在地居民攜手形塑農村數位傳播的特色發展、價值策略、創意設計,將有機會能創造新世代的在地特色經濟模式,更具有連結新竹內灣支線一線九驛發展竹東地區成為臺灣北部鐵路休閒遊憩與農村再生未來亮點的潛力。 本計畫採「穿領域」(trans-disciplinary)視野,傳播不只是「傳播」(communication),更具有「傳動」(communi-action),亦即「傳遞感動,促成行動」的意義和企圖。計畫內容在連結研究人員、科技專家與年輕學生和農村在地居民,以雲端運算的科技作為核心,研發並推動竹東「農村數位傳播服務一雲多螢智慧系統」,包含:(1)數位內容自主建置方法、(2)內容維運管理雲端平台與智慧展示導覽服務系統,以及(3)建置移轉永續營運機制,期能為新竹竹東規劃出一個創新的農村數位傳播(數位內容、數位學習與行銷推廣)的策略與方法,並透過結合服務科學方法、大學傳播課程和科技研發能量,進行場域實證、資源整合,以及系統導入,打造出服務科學在教育創新和地方整合的成功案例。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | How to revitalize and increase the use of digitalized cultural heritages is now an emerging issue. Applying the latest i-Publishing technologies in mobile devices, such as the smart phones and tablet PCs, the proposed project aims to produce 10 thematic digital touring services for Chu-Tung, a traditional Agricultural Hakka village which is famous of its traditional rice food. In this project, we explore how to increase tourist’s motivation, sense of achievement, after-touring pleasure, most important of all, how to build up a robust internal/external operation model of new touring services in Taiwan. Especially for Hakka villages of northern Taiwan (Miao-Li, Hsin-Chu and Tao-Yuan), which devote in developing its tourism industry, the project offers not only a new-perspective ICT solution to activate public attention and participation, but also a chance leading to the prosperity. | en_US |
