dc.description.abstract為了促進我國資訊與智慧型運輸系統產業發展,以及落實關鍵技術於國內生根 的遠景下,本研究擬依交通部所規劃之ITS 系統架構,結合無線寬頻技術,開 發適合智慧型運輸系統之車載資通訊系統服務。同時針對國內車載資通訊平台 於智慧型運輸系統的應用研究進行回顧,並根據「台灣地區智慧型運輸系統國 家級系統計架構」所擬定的整體目標規劃,來規劃車載資通訊平台於智慧型運 輸系統之應用服務。本研究於第一年度已在智慧型運輸系統之制度與人才培 育、建置與應用、產業發展等三個面向展現具體成果。預計第二、第三年度將 持續針對智慧交通系統之建置與車載資通訊產業鏈之建構進行推動,以期能達 到整合交通部與經濟部跨部會資源合作,共同推動車載資通訊系統與智慧型運 輸系統發展之目標。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research focused on developing services of Telematics with ITS system framework proposed by Ministry of Transportation and Communications. Based on National ITS system architecture, this research begins with reviewing existing ITS services and Telematics applications; and drafts suitable Telematics Services. This study had shown some specific results in the development of Telematics applications, educations, and its collaboration with ITS. In second and third year of this research, the major objective would be the encouragement of cooperation between Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) and Ministry of Economic Affairs; which would promote the integration of Telematics and ITS.en_US
