摘要: 由于科技发展迅速,數位化与网路化是现代家庭生活的基本需求,基本家
电自动化与资讯设备都需要电源供应系统,提供高品质的电源与降低电源损耗
是未來电源技术发展的基本前提。本计划拟发展整合功率因數修正AC-DC与相
移脉宽调变之數位控制架构应用于高阶伺服器电源之數位控制。伺服器电源通
常采用分散式供电架构,前级为功率因數修正交流-直流转换器,修饰输入线电
流波形以提高输入功率因數,并转换交流电压至直流电压且升压至400V,后级
一般采用相隔離型相移脉宽调变全桥直流-直流转换器,将400V电压隔離并降
压至48V或12V的中间汇流排,透过控制加快输出响应及提高效率。一般对于
控制器设计都仅针对各级转换器设计,串接兩级转换器后再讨論相互之间的影
响。本计划拟发展出數位式具功因修正与相移脉宽调变之整合控制架构,可直
接针对兩级转换器串接时互相造成的影响作改善,另外,当前级功率因數修正
交流-直流转换器故障时,后级相移脉宽调变全桥直流-直流转换器经由具适应
性參數调整之控制器使其仍可维持正常工作,并使输入电流仍具有良好之功因
修正效果。
The sciences and technologies are developed rapidly in now today. The electronic
products are digitalized and networked is necessary in the present, and also need power
supply equipments. Higher power qualities and lower power losses are a tendency of the
power technique developments in the future. This project will proposes integration of the
power factor correction (PFC) and phase-shifted PWM (PSPWM) digital control for high
level server or telecommunication power supplies. The server or telecommunication power
supplies usually adopt the distributed power systems (DSP) topologies. In the DPS, the first
stage is the PFC AC-DC converter it can be shaping input current waveform to increase input
power factor and converting input AC line to rise to DC 400V. The second stage is the
isolated full bridge DC-DC converter it can be dropping 400V to 48V (or 12V). In general, a
power supply have least two stages to cascade, design of the controller is only considering
each converter itself and no consider the interconnection when converters are cascaded. The
controller parameters of the each circuit stages are not properly. In general, a power supply

develops a digital control scheme which can simultaneous considering two stages
performance to design digital controller. In general, a power supply have least two

design digital controller. Another work of this project is to develop single stage PSFB
converter which can shape input current to achieve PFC when first stage PFC converter is
fault and the controller of the PSFB converter is adaptively to regulate the PSFB operation.
