dc.description.abstract本計畫為期三年共分六個主題: (一)、設計及合成具有本質手性雙芳杯化合物 14–19;(二)、合成具有9,10-雙胺基alpha,beta-不飽和酮蒽基以及9,10-雙異呃蒽基 橋聯的雙芳杯B5-B10;(三)、合成三疊烯衍生的杯芳化合物C3、C4以及C6-C9 以及後續的發色團或螢光修飾。(四)、合成具有雙芳杯的車輪烷 (D6和D14)以及 利用squaraine為模板的索烃 (catenane) D18之合成。(五)、合成具有柱芳烃為基 底的calix[5]pyrrole以及共構之柱芳烃。用於主客化學的偵測方法將包括傳統的紫 外可見光光譜、圓形二向色性光譜、穩態及時間解析螢光光譜、循環伏安法、氫 與碳十三核磁共振光譜、紅外光譜以及單晶X-光晶體繞射解析。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis is a three-year-project which contains five themes: (A) design and synthesis of inherently chiral biscalix[4]arenes 1419; (B) synthesis of 9,10-bis-ketoenaminoanthryl and 9,10-bis-isoxazolylanthryl linked biscalix[4]arenes (B5B10); (C) synthesis of triptycene-derived calixarenes C3C, and C6C9 and subsequent modification with fluorophores or chromophores C10C13; (D) synthesis of biscalix[4]arene-based rotaxanes (D6 and D14) and catenane (D18) by squaraine template; (e) synthesis of pillar[5]arene-calix[5]pyrrole based nanotube (E5) and co-pillar[5]arenes E10E13. Methodologies used in the host-guest chemistry include: UV/vis, CD, steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, 1H- and 13C NMR spectroscopy, FT-IR, and X-ray single crystal analysis.en_US
