dc.description.abstract本計畫之主要目的係設計及合成數系列5-7 熔合雜環之共軛高分子,並應用於有 機薄膜電晶體。第一年將設計三種以咔唑為核心之5-7 熔合雜環單體;第二年將設計 並合成三種以苯併雙噻吩與蔥為核心之5-7 熔合雜環單體;第三年將設計並合成一種 以雙併噻吩為核心之6 熔合雜環單體。這些單體之有機錫衍生物將分別與噻吩、雙噻 吩及雙併噻吩之溴化物,利用Stille 偶合聚合反應,總共合成出十五種共軛高分子,所 合成之高分子將應用於有機薄膜電晶體之製備上。 所製備之 5-7 熔合雜環單體,將利用蒸鍍方法製備有機薄膜電晶體,本研究將探 討熱蒸鍍速率、基材溫度、基材表面處理劑及迴火溫度對於薄膜特性之關係,所合成 之十五種共軛高分子將以旋轉塗佈法製備成有機薄膜電晶體,本研究將探討旋轉塗佈 速率、迴火溫度及表面處理劑與薄膜品質及形態學之關係,最後將量測所製備有機薄 膜電晶體之載子遷移率、驅動電壓及開關比。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis proposal is aimed to design and synthesize several series of conjugated polymers based on 5-7 fused heterocyclic rings. The synthesized polymers are used for the application in organic thin film transistor. In the first year, three kinds of 5-7 fused ring moieties (i.e. CzDTB, CzDTP and CzDTSi) based on a carbazole unit are synthesized. In the second year, three kinds of 5-7 fused ring moieties (i.e. BDTDT, aADT and BDTDCPT) based on benzodithiophene and anthracene unit are synthesized. In the third year, a hexacyclic fused ring moiety (TTDCPT) based on thienothiophene unit is prepared. Their organo-tin derivatives of the synthesized 5-7 fused ring moieties are polymerized with dibromo-derivatives of thiophene, bithiophene and thienothiophene through Stille coupling to yield 15 kinds of conjugated polymers. We fabricate the OTFT devices based on the 5-7 fused ring monomers by a thermal evaporation method. Films deposited on octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) – treated SiO2 substrates under properly adjusted substrate temperature, thermal evaporation rate, and annealing temperature, achieve a good film quality. The synthesized polymers are used to fabricate OTFT devices through a spin coating process. The film quality and morphology are controlled by spin coating rate, thermal annealing temperature and surface modification agents. The OTFT characteristics including mobility, turn-on voltage and Ion / Ioff ration are evaluated.en_US
