dc.description.abstract本發明之一目的係提供一種主動式X光感測電路及其感測方法,其係應用於X光成像面板,其中X光感測電路具有兩列畫素電路,其係共用一條掃描線,每條資料線係連接至兩個開關,以分別於補償時切換至電流源,或讀取時切換至放大器,藉由搭配特定之掃描線訊號,上一列畫素電路係補償臨界電壓變異,同時,下一列進行讀取動作,依序操作下,感測電路陣列可於一次掃描下同時完成補償與感測,降低漏電流之影響。zh_TW
