dc.description.abstract本發明提供一種以線排列光纖掃瞄之頻譜成像裝置,用以執行目標物之影像檢測,上述裝置包含一光學模組、一導光模組以及一頻譜儀。光學模組用以擷取目標物之光學影像並將其呈現於光學模組之一像平面上。導光模組為一線排列光導纖維材料,其中導光模組包含一輸入端與一輸出端,其輸入端可移動地連接光學模組之像平面。頻譜儀連接導光模組之輸出端,當導光模組之輸入端於像平面上移動並讀取光學影像之第一部份時,光學影像之第一部份通過導光模組並經輸出端傳遞至頻譜儀。同時,一種以線排列光纖掃瞄之頻譜成像方法亦揭露於本發明中。zh_TW
