dc.description.abstract一種用於光學斷層掃描之影像處理單元,係應用於微型化的擴散式光學斷層掃描裝置內,包括影像重建器及影像後處理器,其中,影像重建器接收來自待測物與照射光線反應所產生的複數個光訊號以及該待測物之影像模型的反向解矩陣,將各別光訊號透過子框架(sub-frame)演算法與該反向解矩陣進行內積運算,以得到對應待測物的原始影像,再由影像後處理器對該原始影像進行高斯延展演算法處理,藉此輸出最終影像。透過本發明提供影像重建及影像後處理,可解決習知光學斷層掃描技術在微型化下所造成運算速度慢之缺陷,同時能提供良好的輸出影像品質。zh_TW
