dc.description.abstract一種形成單層光子晶體結構之方法,包含下列步驟:(1)將電泳懸浮液、工作電極及下電極設置於容器中,其中,該工作電極及該下電極係分別設置於該容器中之上方及下方而相間隔一距離;以及(2)施加電壓於該工作電極及該下電極上以形成電場,使得電泳懸浮液中之粒子於該電場及重力場之交互作用下,藉由電泳自組裝技術以形成單層光子晶體結構於該工作電極上。據此,藉由本發明之方法可形成品質佳、再現性高以及設備、原物料成本低廉的單層光子晶體結構。zh_TW
