dc.description.abstract本發明提供一種在光電元件表面製作微透鏡結構,包含(a)先於一基材表面形成一由複數微球構成並具有單層長程有序排列結構的微球層,及(b)以由下而上(bottom-up)的沉積方式,自該基材表面向上形成一填覆該些微球之間間隙的透明鍍膜層,且該鍍膜層的高度不大於該微球的半徑,即可完成該奈米微透鏡的製作,不僅製程簡便容易控制,此外,由於該微球層及該鍍膜層的構成材料並無限制,因此,可靈活的搭配運用各種材料於此製程方法中,而可具有更廣泛的用途。zh_TW
