dc.description.abstract一種具備透明電極及無裂縫氮化鋁/氮化鎵系列反射鏡之可電激發面射型雷射及其製作方法,係利用金屬有機氣相沈積法(MOCVD),將超晶格結構穿插使用於下層的氮化鎵/氮化鋁的布拉格反射鏡(DBR)結構,以達到無裂縫及獲得最佳的反射率與反射區段,並藉由電流阻絕層來提高電流集中性及減少漏電流的產生,且在形成上層的布拉格反射鏡結構之前,更加入透明電極做為電流擴散層,除了可以有效的提升透明度,亦可以減少吸收並增加發光效率,從而改善元件特性。zh_TW
