| dc.description.abstract | 本发明系揭露一种用于可调式视讯编码系统之选择性移动向量预测方法、移动估测方法及其装置。此选择性移动向量预测方法包含下列步骤：执行一画面间预测机制以取得第一移动向量预测中心值，接着执行一层间移动向量预测机制以取得第二移动向量预测中心值；若两个移动向量预测中心值符合预设条件，则使用相同的参考资料来计算画面间预测机制及层间移动向量预测机制的位元率失真成本值，根据位元率失真成本值来选择使用哪一种预测机制于此可调式视讯编码系统。藉由共用参考资料来减少编码时记忆体存取，以降低记忆体的存取成本及功率消耗。 | zh_TW |
