dc.description.abstractA dielectrophoresis-based microfluidic system includes a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate and a spacing structure. The first electrode plate comprises a first substrate and an electrode layer disposed on one side surface of the first substrate. The second electrode plate comprises a second substrate and a plurality of electrodes. The electrodes are disposed on one side surface of the second substrate which is opposite to the electrode layer, and arranged in a microchannel pattern. The spacing structure is disposed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate so that a space is defined between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate. Accordingly, users can inject microfluid into the space and apply voltage to different electrodes to drive the microfluid to flow towards different directions.zh_TW
