| dc.description.abstract | 本發明之可發綠光螢光體,化學式為M(Tb1-xLax)4Si3O13,其中M包括Ca、Sr或其組合,且0<x<1,依適當配比混合後,含氧氣氛下高溫燒結而成;將所製得之螢光體經378 nm之近紫外光激發後,可放射主峰為541 nm之綠光,其綠光放射之CIE座標之x值介於0.34-0.37之間,且y值介於0.52-0.55之間。本發明可發綠光螢光體之製作步驟包括:秤量與混勻材料粉體,於氣體氛圍下經高溫燒結而成。 | zh_TW |
