| dc.description.abstract | 一種平板型X光偵測器的TFT-PIN陣列基板及組裝結構,乃用以解決現有的閃爍體基板與TFT-PIN陣列基板不能讓紫外光穿透,而無法利用UV液態光學膠貼合方式予以組裝的問題,本發明係將TFT-PIN陣列基板中的PIN光電二極體之金屬層作開孔設計,使紫外光得以穿透過TFT-PIN陣列基板,達成UV液態光學膠固化的效果,藉此,將可應用UV液態光學膠作為黏著層於閃爍體基板與TFT-PIN陣列基板之組裝結構,以提高量子檢測效率(DQE)暨X光醫療影像品質。 | zh_TW |
